Roles & Responsilbity | HR Genealist Professional_C&B 1. C&B and Job Analysis - Implement merit increase cycle and incentive planning - Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy - Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications - Create and conduct a promotion policy/system based on a job classification - Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information. - Assess need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials. - Maintain and improve employment rules/Internal policy and labor-related cases - Overall HRM matters (Staffing, Hiring, Policy management etc.) 2. HR Analytics & Planning -Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources. |
Job Skill | - Good understanding of full cycle merit increase and performance management process - Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations - Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS_Workday) - Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research - Strong interpersonal/Communication skill with internal and external partners - Strategic thinking with analytical skills - Excellent presentation skill and command of OA (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) |
