Roles & Responsilbity

Responsible for support overall accounting tasks with below experience.  
- Corporate card related task: Expense review, issue, Inquiry handling from internal clients
- Intercompany transaction 
- Support to develop internal control procedures
- Prepare financial reports
- Support audit, business planning and KPI management
- Support global policy implementation 
- Responsible for vendor registration, maintenance process
- Bank reconciliation
- Asset management (Depreciation and extra)
- Other works such as monthly check, accrual, financial material preparation and extra.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
(Majored in Economics and  Business administration is preferred.)

 Year of Experience

1~3 years of general accounting experience in large-sized firm.

Job Skill

- Good general accounting knowledge and communication skill.
- Experience of ERP system (SAP)
- Attention to detail and have a strong responsibility
- Have a positive mind
- A good team player
- Strong MS OFFICE skill especially Excel

Language

Good written and spoken English
(TOEIC Speaking Level 6 and above)
