1. Planning and implementation of On-Offline Nu Skin product & brand training program to help achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement a Brand Affiliate training strategy and annual/monthly programs that fit the skincare/make-up product,
beauty device & brand characteristics
- Develop and update training contents/materials and training guide for a new product/brand as well as for the existing products/brand aligned with marketing strategy
- Develop and implement a make-up show, or support the product launching show for promoting the make-up product/brand, beauty products, etc. - Support with group training in On-Offline BA events - Evaluate & report the effectiveness of the implemented training program, feedback & revise/upgrade the program accordingly - Develop and implement product training for internal employees - Manage third party agencies for the training projects as well as co-work with various internal teams for planning & implementation of On-Offline training programs
2. Develop and support various training related programs and initiatives
- Develop the training expansion program such as BA influencer/expert groups and manage & monitor training status to increase the training effectiveness
- Plan, prepare and update various Learning center training contents for BA
- Suggest communication strategies for skincare/beauty-device/make-up product & brand marketing based on customer feedback via training sessions |
