Roles & Responsilbity

HR Genealist Professional_Payroll

1. Regular Payroll & Incentives
  - Collection of monthly salary calculations
  - Prepare salary payment materials
  - Salary data review and internal approval process task
  - Prepare salary transfer and withholding tax data,
    and provide data to related teams
  - Manage wage book and respond to wage-related inquiries

2. Social insurance and severance pay management
  - Social insurance related business
    (settlement, dependent registration, etc.)
  - Organize deposit data and communicate with related teams
  - Retirement settlement and retirement deposit management,
    retirement pension management (DB, DC)

3. HRIS
  - Attendance management

4. HR Administration and Vendor Management
  - Payroll vendor management and business fee settlement
  - Various certificates and personnel administration

5. Support annual labor budget establishment tasks

Education

Bachelor's Degree
(Majored in Business Administration is preferred)

 Year of Experience

Must have 4+ years of experience in payroll/severance payment/socail insurance.

Job Skill

- A person who has sufficient knowledge necessary for practical work
  such as the Retirement Benefit/Social Insurance, etc.
- Proficient in using Excel
- EDI / ERP / Banking related knowledge
- Experience salary / social insurance / performance pay / stock
  compensation and various salary-related tasks in companies
  with 200 or more employees
- Person who can operate and settle the wage system according to
  the difference in working hours and wage system

Language

Business level for both written and spoken English
(TOEIC Speaking Level 6 and above)
