Roles & Responsilbity

Responsible for overall distributor regulation update and management, compliance monitoring and communication with relative issues

1. Risk management : proactively monitoring the compliance status and implement corrective action
2. Regular compliance activities: Social media monitoring, auditing, internal data investigation and other relative activity
3. External communications regarding company policies, examples, disciplinary procedures and legal decisions.
4. Violation history check and business indicator analysis.
5. Develop market own guidelines and policies refer to the global policies and principles
7. Support Compliance Review Committee operation
8. Business/marketing materials review
9. Training company policies and guidelines internally and externally

Education

Bachelor's Degree
(Majored in Consumer, Business administration, Legal is preferred)

 Year of Experience

Job Skill

- A good team player and also be able to work independently 
- Excellent interpersonal skill

Language

Business level for both written and spoken English
