| Roles & Responsilbity  | - Take full responsibilities for assigned product planning/launch/promotion/discontinue in collaboration with marketing strategy to keep the most productive portfolio.- Develop and lead assigned marketing communication planning & execution to achieve business objectives.
 - Analyze & monitor sales performance and other data and take necessary action accordingly.
 - Research/Monitor market trends (customer, price, product, and competitor) and use it as a key source of marketing strategies which reflect market-specific needs.
 - Manage product portfolio budget.
 - Coordinate with Merchandising, internal & external partner to monitor & ensure budget spent effectively & efficiently
