Roles & Responsilbity

Planning and implementation of Nu Skin product/brand training program
- Develop and implement a distributor training programs that fits the skincare/make-up product & brand characteristics
- Develop and implement a regular product training programs for distributors and consumers
- Develop and implement a make-up show for promoting the make-up product/brand
- Develop and update training contents for a new product/brand marketing strategy and characteristics
- Monitor the distributors’ training status
- Suggest communication strategies for skincare/make-up product & brand marketing

Prepare product training for internal employees
- Plan and implement training programs for internal employees
- Develop and update training manual
 
Product marketing support
- Support communication based on new product marketing strategy
- Provide expertise adn idea for product development
- Support distributor event in online and offline

Education

Bachelor's Degree
(Majored in Chemistry and other relevant major)

 Year of Experience

2~3 years or qualified experience
(Preffered to have at least 2 years of experience in Cosmetic or consumber industry)

Job Skill

- Have a strong knowledge of Cosmetic business (e.g. Make-up, Beauty device, Esthetics, Spa, Skin-care, etc.)
- Excellent presentation skill
- Strong communication skill
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS office - Word/ Excel / Power Point and others)

Language

Good written and spoken English
(TOEIC Speaking Level 6 and above)
