Roles & Responsilbity | Support general HR operation including Payroll, C&B, Talent Acquisition, Employee communication and HR IS. - Payroll administration: insurances, year-end tax settlement, monthly payroll process. - Assist labor cost management (planning to execution) : Budgeting, Regular tracking and accrual process, salary increase process and etc - Operate C&B program and review its eligibility - Participate Market survey and ensure the data accuracy and timeline - Maintain personnel data and responsible for its analysis - Support Talent acquisition process from on-boarding to off boarding - HR policy update and employee communication - Other administrative support |
