| Roles & Responsilbity | 1) Purchaing
- Manage purchasing requisition collaborate work with requesting team
- Communicate and manage annual purchasing plan for yearly new product, promotion, etc
- Ability to source strategically for cosmetic product, health supplement product
- Conduct bidding procedure for dedicated purchasing project from RFx to evaluation and ensure delivering transparency in final decision
- Contract with vendor, purchasing order, delivery check, inspection
- Cost negotiation to save cost or increase quality within same cost
2) Vender Pool Management
- New vendor sourcing, vendor evaluation, build vendor pool regularly
- Vendor KPI set up and monitor
- Manage the effective supplier relationship and conduct monthly KPI vendor evaluation & create evaluation criteria for vendor selection
3) Cost Analysis
- Analyze price of Cosmetic, health supplement local purchase product
- Review optimal level of price submitted by local vendor
- Continuous in seeking possibility to cost save and reevaluate for proposal

- Should be meticulous with numbers
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders on bidding process, result and any troubles, as continuously guiding purchasing policy & process
- Basic understanding of cost & payment analysis
