Roles & Responsilbity | Distributor Risk Management - Interact with distributors to provide education, coaching and correction related to the company's Policies and Procedures, Distributor contracts - Communicate with distributors regarding company policy, case information, the disciplinary process, and/or legal decisions, which affect distributor compliance cases - Investigate, analyze, and prepare all possible and substantiated distributor compliance case for review by the DCRC - Operate and support the Distributor Compliance Review Committee - Conduct regular compliance activities (incl. monitoring, audit and training) with local law and corporate regulation Business Support - Update corporate regulation and correctly convey company Policies and Procedures to various internal departments and staff members - Aid in the training, support, and motivation of internal staff members regarding compliance issue - Manage and monitor compliance issues of distributor business with outside agencies - Coordinate external compliance training and update training material |
